He is at Fellowship level with the REC, the recruitment industries' representative body, and holds a BA (Hons) and a Post Graduate qualification (PGCE Cert. Ed.).
He founded 2G Recruitment Ltd in Aug 2002 after 3 successful years' recruiting in the Environmental sector, establishing one of first recruitment companies dedicated to the Asbestos industry. 2G now also operates in Occupational Hygiene, Safety and Legionella and has expanded into Australia and the Middle East.
